What is a good prenatal vitamin to take while pregnant?
I have a vitamin dr's office and called Prenate DHA but when I arrived to look, did not have vitamin A, none of the B complex vitamins and iron and there was not a couple of other vitamins that are missing. I want to find a prenatal vitamin with magnesium Chromium, Omega 3 (DHA), and all vitamins and minerals you need during pregnancy. I would also like to find one that includes probiotic ingredients. I heard these were really great to use during pregnancy. Also, I heard some are even cranberry fruit …. Does anyone know of any vitamin that has all these ingredients and, of course, must have folic acid …. thanks!
Prenatal vitamins have what you need in them. It does not include certain vitamins because much part of certain vitamins can be harmful to the baby. I'm taking one day a prenatal. It has a separate pill with Omega 3 in it. So two pills once day (a vitamin and that is what is omega 3). Congratulations and good luck
