Vitamins and weight loss … What to bring

I have to take certain vitamins such as: calcium 300 mg daily 500 mg iron daily newspaper B12 1000mcg D-400 every day will also need a supplement, I know I'm not doing what I need. Anyone have any reccomendations on what a woman should multivitamin take whos trying to lose weight, I can take on the top of those already mentioned? Also any other vitamins should I take? I have omega-3 can start doing, I'm not sure what else to take. I have brittle nails and hair so maybe something that helps with that. And I know there are pills that make me lose weight, I'm eating healthy and exercise I am looking for something that might help in the top of all that. I want I can also add a bit of bad depression and I am very tired of time so anything that helps in that area is a plus too
