What are some good sources of DHA and ARA for older babies a year who do not drink formula?

I'm a mom for the first time and I try to do everything right I can, so I have a nutrition question for you all … What are some good sources of DHA and ARA to children? Tome Lipil expectations all the time I was pregnant (the day that I thought might be conceived) all the way through breastfeeding, and then made sure that my daughter took a formula that had the highest amount of DHA / ARA that I could find, since both are supposed to support mental and visual development. Now she is out of formula and drinking whole milk (Horizon Organic Milk), and I fear you are not getting enough of these two fatty acids (Omega 3 and 6). I know that salmon is a good source of Omega 3, and loves wild Alaskan salmon, but what are some other sources?

Common dietary sources of DHA and ARA include eggs, meat and fish, especially oily fish like salmon, tuna and sardines for DHA. Basically all proteins contain fatty acids that are converted into DHA and ARA. Babies can not eat nuts, but you can try peanut butter, too.
