
ADHD – diet and Omega 3 – speed did you see a difference? Best resources?
Our son is going for tests, but so far it is looking As ADHD is a strong possibility. While we wait (it will take some time to put in appearance), I would try to add Omega 3 first, then ADHD try the diet. Regardless of diagnosis, is a picky eater and will benefit from the Omega 3 anyway. I would like to start bringing in some food replacement now, so we can begin to get used to new foods / flavors. Also avoid alcohol, caffeine and food refined. Eat good sources of lean protein, such as cold water fish, including salmon, herring and mackerel and free-range chicken and organic turkey. However, make sure you are getting the right carbs. unhealthy carbohydrates only result in excess sugar that causes the problems we are trying to avoid.
