Red-mega krill oil capsules?
Can anyone tell me how much cholesterol is in a "3-krill oil capsules omega MegaRaid "?????
Less than 2 mg per daily dose. According to http://www.mlmlaw.com/library/guides/fda/foodqa1.htm (the only source I could find listed in the minimum), if the product (in a supplement, food or whatever) is less than 2 mg of cholesterol per serving a day, you do not include on the label. http://www.schiffvitamins.com (Schiff website) said no cholesterol contained in it, so it falls under that classification. Although since the entire contents of the pill is only 300 mg of content, I think it's still not as high as 1 or 2 mg. To note also, 300 mg of cholesterol is the minimum Recommended daily for basic health, so that's less than 1% of the RDA as well.
