What fish is best for cats?

I feed my cat raw fish as part of its raw diet, but I wonder what kind of fish is the better. Salmon seems fine, but I wonder if it is toxic due to concerns of mercury. Herring, mackerel, sardines are all doing well due to its high content of Omega 3, but I worry about the concerns thiaminase (destroys B1). Vitamin fish heads are sometimes sold in my local store – I wonder if that is nutritious, or should I opt for a fish whole or in fillets. HELLLP: D
