How I can get enough omega fatty acids.?
I'm a vegetarian and I do not eat fish, but I take a vegetarian supplement omega 3 6 9, I get 30 grams of ground flaxseed and I like a lot of green vegetables nuts seeds, etc. I have 16 so I'm worried about my body to convert fatty acids DHA wing and EPA. Anyone have any good sources or food aid oh yeah I also get at least or more att 1 tablespoon olive oil
